Omg, Nicki was an amazing recommend. She handled the whole place by herself! Plus, she interacted and entertained with her comments and observations. I hope she sees this and lol. Will definitely be back! The Taco salad in an eatable bowl was great too! I mean, maybe 2 salsas on the side might be recommended. But it was great!
Whamo wings are to die for, they are fresh and seasoned perfectly. Service is always great I love the bartenders and the atmosphere.
I gave it a 5 star even though we waited a while for everything. The waitress was by herself, and she was running the bar. She was so friendly and apologized for the delays.. The atmosphere is great. The music was a great mix of genres, and the food was excellent. I definitely recommend the burritos. It was our first time going there, and I know we will definitely be back. I recommend going a little earlier to find parking . It is definitely a popular spot..
I have not been here before. Tonight I ordered the fried shrimp and onion rings. Plenty of food and it was very good. The service was great and very friendly waitress. I'll be back!
Sandbar is by far one of favorite dive bars in Muskegon! Service is amazing, food is always hot, beer is ice cold, and prices are great. A casual place to meet and catch up during winter months or after fun in the sun.

LOVE Sandbar! Kristi has done an incredible job turning this place around. Super good food (best chili dogs & fries in town), cleanest bathrooms you will ever see, & fairly-priced drinks!
Has quickly become one of our favorite date night bars , the same two waitresses are always there when we go and make it an even better experience!!! Cheap drinks and great staff and food have made this our go too since moving here
This place really surprised us. We have a boat in a marina on Muskegon Lake. On our way home, after a day of boating. We were hungry and needed to stop for food. This place really grabbed our hearts. Super clean in the inside. The outside deck is a ton of fun and very relaxing in the summer when they are not busy. The food is easy going, comfort food. Not off wall, chef inspired food that makes you wonder what you are ordering. What you read on the menu is exactly what you get to your plate. Locally owned, ive heard from many people that the owner is amazing. Which doesn't surprise me because the establishment speaks volume for being a little bar. I highly recommend this place if you are on the lakeshore. We loved it!
